NYFW 16′ was definitely one for the books.

I contribute most of it to the people I got to hang out with while I was there! The shows and parties are fun, but the connections and getting some quality time with my girlfriends is always most important to me.

This year, I co-hosted a gorgeous rooftop brunch with Tara Gibson (Jimmy Choos and Tennis Shoes) and Lauren Lefevre (Edited by Lauren) smack dab in the middle of NYFW.

Food: I give it 5 stars. Seriously!! It was so amazing. The best tuna wontons I have ever had in my entire life. I think all the guests would agree that we will have dreams of those wontons until we die haha! Definitely making the trip next time I am in town. Along with the brunch menu, they also served bottomless drinks. You had your pick of bottomless mimosas, bottomless rose’ sangria, or bottomless bloody marys!!

What I Wore: Head to toe Kate Spade. This Kate Spade rose dress was perfect for the occasion. It is so classy and I love all of the Fall colors. The kitten purse… too cute for words, and these glitter flats completed the look!

I would definitely recommend hosting your own brunch in either the area you live, or in NYC when you are there next! If you are a new blogger, it is a great way to meet new people who inspire you in your city! Plus, most restaurants would love the chance to host a group of bloggers!!
