Mommy and me matching for vacation is hard work! It took me becoming a mother to realize how hard it is to find matching outfits

Since most of us don’t have tons of time to find the perfect matching looks, especially when we are scrambling to get everything packed for the trip, I recommend doing what I did here with these two looks from Nordstrom– find outfits that complement each other instead!

Coordinating Outfits from Nordstrom

It is so much easier to get outfits that coordinate instead of copy. Sometimes it’s actually cuter! 

It takes no time at all to find coordinating outfits at Nordstrom since they have such a wide selection of vacation styles. You can find a dress or jumpsuit for yourself and then filter through the kids clothing for a similar print or color (or vice versa.) The filtering system on Nordstrom is flawless and makes online shopping so much easier! I always filter price, style, color, and I usually look for some new or on-sale!

If you’re scrambling for time between now and your next trip you can always take advantage of the buy online, pick up in store option! Just filter for your closets store before you start browsing so that you can count on those items being available for you to pick up! It only takes them a couple hours to get everything ready for you and they will even bring it to you curbside!

When choosing these styles for us I actually found Miller’s clothes first and then looked for mine! It was easy to match her for her white outfit. I already have this romper in another color so I knew it was amazing! I went a step further by matching our accessories. How fun are these earrings?! Warning, your kid may love them too and want to grab them all night long haha!

Miller’s palm outfit is actually a swimsuit! Their swimsuits are so cute and comfortable so you can easily add a pair of shorts or a skirt to have them coordinate with you for a vacation dinner look. I matched her palm suit with my palm dress and the colors coordinate too!
