Dressing up at the beach is a total chore. Am I right?
The last thing I want to do while I am at the beach is get ready. When I was in Cabo, everyone wondered how/why in the world I was getting all dressed up every day.
That’s simple. I wasn’t. It maybe took me thirty minutes total to put myself, and these outfits together!
Read the descriptions below each photo to see how!
Here are 11 Outfits You Need for the Beach:
This is the outfit I wore to the airport with a gray sweater that I pulled over the top when I got cold.
Deciding what to wear to the airport when heading to the beach is tricky. You want to be comfortable and warm, but you also want to look beach-ready when you arrive (especially if you have to sit around and wait until check-in when you get there, like we had to!)
Off The Shoulder Top (under $40) I White Crop Jeans I Metallic Wedges (40% off) I Bracelet Stack I ‘To The Beach’ Tote I Gold Choker I Gray Sweater I Baby Blue Luggage
I wore this bikini two out of the four days we had at the beach. It is super comfortable, and it didn’t give me horrible tan lines! It comes in tons of different colors, and you can get the set for less than $100! Some of the colors are even less than $50!
I am also holding my favorite pair of new jellies! They are sooo cute!! Perfect to wear to the pool or beach.
Blue Swimsuit Top I Blue Swimsuit Bottom I Striped Jelly Sandals I Clear Sunglasses
This red lace dress was a huge hit, mostly because it was the color of the sunset that night! When packing for the beach, it is so important that you pack super easy dresses you can just slip right on over your head. More than likely you will have a huge sunburn, and you won’t want to pack something that rubs against it!
I paired this off the shoulder beauty with my favorite gold scalloped sandals from Sole Society. I basically wore these every night while I was there!
Lastly, I threw a clear clutch with the outfit, because what do you have to hide on the beach??
Red Lace Dress (under $75) I Scalloped Flats I Clear Clutch
We only went into town once while we were in Cabo, and this was my ‘townie’ outfit. I loved the way the white looked on my newly tanned skin.
These espadrilles are my absolute favorites, and are very comfortable. I walked for hours through town in these!
The hat makes the outfit though. When are you running around, it is easy to loose track of time and get seriously burnt. The hat provided some much needed shelter from the sun!
Straw Hat I White tank I White Tie Shorts I Black Espadrilles
Talk about easy to slip over your head! This maxi is beach perfection! It is a little low cut, so I put a sexy lace bra on underneath! The black version is only available in a medium now, but they just came out with an amazing pink color for summer! Size down!
Again with the scalloped sandals. I just couldn’t help myself! They really went with everything!
Lastly, you have GOT to pre-order these earrings, you can’t really see them in the photo, but they are GORGEOUS! They probably won’t be available for long, so grab them now!
Black Maxi Dress I Scalloped Sandals I Geode Drop Earrings I Leopard Clutch
These pajamas are the softest thing I own – and I am NOT exaggerating. I wore them every single night I was in Cabo! The top/shorts combo is sold out now in pink, but it comes in two other colors! The pink version is still available in a night dress too, so I linked both options for you!
Short and Top PJs I Nightshirt PJs
We plaid a lot of sand volleyball in Cabo, and this sporty suit kept me a lady ;). It held everything together perfectly for me! I also love the colors!!
It also may look like I am waving a flag, but it is actually a matching cover-up!!
Pink Swimsuit I Pink Cover Up I Black Sunglasses
Stunner. That is all I have to say about this dress. It makes anyone wearing it feel like a movie star. I definitely felt that way and I received a million compliments! This is actually the dress that I wore to the the wedding on the beach. I loved the contrast against the blue water.
Another easy dress to pull right on! I promise it is worth every penny. I am wearing an XS.
Yumi Kim Maxi I Gold Scalloped Sandals I Gold Choker I Clear Clutch
This suit is amazing. I love high-waisted swimsuits because they hide everything you need hidden. The top also allows you to actually make your chest appear smaller OR larger depending on how you tie it. Of course I was going for larger, while my boyfriend kept adjusting it to have more coverage haha!
Tip: wear it on the last day of the trip to avoid a major tan line!
Blue Tinted Sunglasses I Wrap Bikini Top I Bikini Bottom
I am so excited that Sole Society carries clothing now! I was able to grab these shoes and this dress at the same time. They also have great jewelry and purses so it is a one-stop-shop!
This tie front dress is selling out everywhere, so I linked it at a few different places!
Get these leather espadrille wedges TODAY! Love the cognac color and the platform height!
This straw tote is from J. McLaughlin. Straw anything is great from the beach, and this clutch is worth every penny. It can be worn all summer long!
Tie-Front Dress 1 2 I Espadrille Wedges I Tassel Earrings I Straw Tote
For the ride home, I opted for an all white outfit. It is easy to use the same items you wore to the location, to allow yourself more room in your suitcase! I am wearing the same white jeans and using the same beach bag.
This top is so gorgeous. I definitely plan on posting more photos in it! The bell sleeves and intricate detailing make it a go-to for me and definitely one of my new favorite items!
These beige wedges are so comfortable and go with a lot. I love the 3″ heel height too!
White Boho Blouse I White Jeans I Beige Wedges I Beach Bag I Mirrored Sunglasses
These are the 11 outfits you need for the beach. All of those dresses are super easy to slip on! When you tan a little, makeup isn’t really necessary, and people are totally rocking the fro lately. These are reasons why you shouldn’t be taking longer than thirty minutes to get ready while on vacation!
