Hey girl – love this look! Btw, the earrings are Danielles which you have linked properly, but it says Dani in the description! If you can, try to change it because Kendra Scott has both Danielles AND Dani style earrings and some readers might get confused!!!

Some of you work in a business attire environment, some of you have to be even dressier than that at work, and some of you have a mix of casual and dressy (depending on what you have going on at work the next day)! This dress is for when you need to dress to impress. I am talking about  when you are heading up a meeting or presentation, when you are heading to an interview, when you heading to a networking event, when you are crushing on someone at work (work crushes are the BEST), etc.

As women, we all know how hard it is to be taken seriously at work. I think dressing the part can take you a long way. When you dress for the part you want, you are more likely to actually get it (pretty sure there is a statistic for this…).

I love my place pencil skirts, black pants, and black dresses, but sometimes I have a need to dress a little outside of the box. I need to keep the men at work on their toes! Whenever I have someone important flying in for a meeting, or whenever I need to go offsite for a presentation, I always make sure I am dressed to the nines.

The flutter sleeves and the belted waist also makes this dress very comfortable. You can make it as tight or as loose as you want! You can also put the bow in the middle, so that it hides everything for you! I also think this blush color is flattering on everyone! With this dress, you can dress to impress for less than $80! Wow, try saying dress to impress for less 5 times fast!
