This is a gift guide for kids ranging from 0-4. I can’t go much further than that simply because I am not familiar with any of those items and I like recommending items I have actually seen, tried, or own. As the kids grow I will be able to recommend things for those new age groups!

Gift Guide For Kids Ages 0-2 Years:

*click the item in the photo above that you want to shop and it will take you to the landing page to buy that item!

  1. Sassy Wonder Wheel Activity Center – these are so great for restaurants, airplanes, the bathtub, etc. They suction on anything!

  2. Little People Sit With Me School Bus with Lights, Sounds & Songs Bus Play Vehicle – Callen got this for this bday this year and both he and Miller are loving it! You can put the little people in the bus and it sings ‘wheels on the bus’ and makes other sounds.

  3. Fat Brain Toys MiniSpinny – We have a larger version of this but I wish we had this smaller one so it could be more mobile! Callen is obsessed with his so we would probably bring it everywhere if we had this mini version.

  4. Carrots Harvest Shape Size Sorting Game – This was actually on my sister’s list for her 11 month old and I got it in and immediately ordered one for Callen for Christmas. He loves putting the carrots in and it teaches them about size and depth of objects.

  5. The First Years Stack up Cup Toys, 8 count – you can’t go wrong with this $4 toy. Everyone should have it! Put it in the stocking. Callen loved stacking cups from a young age and now we are teaching him how to build with them. I bought these stacking blocks now that he is 1 and I think he is going to LOVE THEM! I wrapped them up for him to open at Christmas:

  6. Pretend Play Kitchen Sink Toys – this should go on both gift guides because they love this from about 18 months to 5/6 years! Miller’s favorite toy of all time and now Callen is super into it. We try to keep it outside but on colder days we bring it in and lay towels under it.

  7. Baby Einstein Discovering Music Activity Table- This grows with them. You can remove the legs and lay it flat for tummy time, or only add one leg to make it diagonal for when they start sitting up. Put all the legs on it when they start to pull up/stand!

  8. Fisher-Price Linkimals Sit-To-Crawl Sea Turtle Musical Baby Toy- we already have 3 of the Linkimals so I HAD to add this new turtle to Callen’s Christmas list. They can press the top and it will crawl. Linkimals all link together so when you play with one you will hear them all chime up and sing and count together around the room.

  9. Suction Cup Spinning Top Toy- A lot like #1, these are great to keep with you on the go, put on their high chair tray, etc.

  10. iPlay, iLearn 10pcs Baby Rattle Toys- one of the best items I ever ordered off Amazon. They will play with these religiously for the first year of their life.

  11. Barefoot Dreams Cozychic Dream Mini Blanket with Buddie- So soft and so precious, this would be an amazing gift for a pregnant or new mama. My kids both LOVE their loveys.

  12. Fat Brain Toys Dimpl Baby and Toddler Learning Toy-  A great car or travel toy! It’s for sensory/learning and they will play with this for a long time (Miller is 3 and still asks for it in the car!)

  13. VTech Stroll and Discover Activity Walker – everyone needs a walker that can grow with the baby. Order it as soon as they are sitting up so you can get the most use out of it. I really believe it helps them learn to walk faster.

  14. Melissa & Doug Dust! Sweep! Mop! 6-Piece Pretend Play Set- Our kids LOVE playing clean up with mom and dad! It’s fun to get them involved in things you are doing. When we start to clean the kitchen we give them both a cleaning toy so they think they are helping.

  15. Learning Resources Number Turtles Set- something I never heard about until Callen got it for his bday and him and Miller reach for them every morning. You can take the shells off the mama turtles and put the little babies in there! You can mix and match shells and so much more.

  16. Battat – Pop-Up Pals – Cause & Effect Learning Toy for Babies- my MIL does tons of research on toys before she decides what to buy so the ones she brings are ALWAYS winners with the kids. Both kids have loved this pop up toy! You have to push, pull, turn, and switch to get the animals to pop up.

Gift Guide For Kids Ages 2-4 Years:

  1. Barbie Dollhouse with Pool, Slide and Wheelchair Accessible Elevator- Miller’s birthday present this year and she is OBSESSED! I was very surprised at how easy it was for me to put together and the amazing quality of the plastic. I know this will hold up for a long long time. She is only 3 and plays with it for an hour at a time (which you know is unheard of for that age!)

  2. Meland Princess Dress Up Shoes – Princess Toys with My First Purse Toy Set & Jewelry Accessories – M also got this for her bday from a friend. She loves playing dress up so she has one or all of these items on daily.

  3. PAW Patrol, True Metal Adventure Bay Rescue Way Playset with 2 Exclusive Vehicles- this is a great toy and a huge hit among boys and girls this year! I am going to add it to Miller’s list but I know Callen would love sending his toy cars down this too.

  4. WisToyz Bubble Machine Dog Bubble Blower 500+ Bubbles Per Minute- You can never go wrong with a bubble machine. Immediate joy all around.

  5. Little Tikes Cook ‘n Grow BBQ Grill Gray- Kids love to imitate their parent’s, so putting one of these next to daddy’s grill would be so cute!

  6. My Sweet Love Umbrella Stroller for Dolls- the BEST $10 toy! Miller puts both babies and stuffed animals in her stroller and would frequently take the stroller to the park with us.

  7. UTEX Kid’s See and Store Dress-up Center, Costume Closet for Kids- a place to keep all of their dress up clothes! This is more for us moms than the kids!

  8. Melissa & Doug 17-Piece Wooden Take-Along Tabletop Railroad- A great train set to start with. We bought one with wayyyy too much going on and our one year old loves ‘total destruction’ of it when we put it together. This smaller version looks more manageable for everyone.

  9. Radio Flyer Air Ride Balance Bike- when we moved to CO everyone told us balance bikes were the best way to train kids to ride bikes. We have one for Miller and need to take her out on it more often.

  10. Melissa & Doug Children’s Book – Poke-a-Dot: Old MacDonald’s Farm (Board Book with Buttons to Pop) – We have poke-a-dot flashcards because it makes learning more fun, a poke-a-dot Christmas book, and I bought this one for Christmas for the kids. They just LOVE these.

  11. Toddler Crafts Dot Markers Set – Washable Daubers Arts and Crafts Kit- 3 Dot Art Toddler Activities- crafts are the BEST option for a kid with way too many toys! My sister put this on her list for my three year old niece and I thought it was genius! It looks so fun!

  12. GaHoo Remote Control Car for Kids- This is what I bought my three year old nephew for Christmas! I know he will love it!

  13. Baby Alive Lulu Achoo Doll, 12-Inch Doctor Play Toy- My parents bought this doll for Miller for her birthday and it is SO SWEET watching her feed the doll and change her diaper! Such a great idea for a doll. Highly recommend.

  14. Disney’s Frozen 2 Deluxe Elsa the Snow Queen Styling Head, 17-pieces- we bought Miller a similar head like this along with #16 so she can style AND blow dry it! Now when I am getting ready I can tell Miller to grab this doll head so she can do her hair at the same time I do mine.

  15. KidzWerks Child Standing Tower Kitchen Step Stool – one of the best gifts you can give yourself and your child. It is just nice having piece of mind when you are cooking knowing they are in their tower and not anywhere near the range/stove. We just put crafts on the kitchen island for Miller to do while we cook.

  16. Girls Beauty Salon Styling Fashion Pretend Play Set with Toy Hairdryer, Mirror and Styling Accessories (7 Pieces)- This goes hand in hand with #14 unless your child is a little older and can use these items on themselves! I had an electric blowdryer when I was a kid and just remember how. much fun it was!

Hope this gift guide for kids helps you shop for your own kids, friend’s kids, nieces and nephews, etc! Again, I only share products we know and love on here so you can trust that these are all amazing.
