Have you heard of Sweaty Betty? I was really active growing up but have slowed down a lot here lately. My parents have a lake house so I try to get out on the lake when I can! It’s important when doing any kind of water sport, or even playing a sport (like volleyball) outside of the water, that you have the right support and protection!
Sweaty Betty is known for their state of the art fitness clothing, but I love love their bathing suits! I played volleyball all throughout high school and college and what kind of sports bra I wore was very important during my workouts! As we get older, it is important that we don’t wear those tiny bikinis while we play sand volleyball, paddle board, or wakeboard out on the lake. We need a little more protection now if you know what I mean! These amazing swimsuits hold everything in place like a sports bra! You can be sure that nothing is going to fall out when you jump for the ball or jump a wake! They are also UV and chlorine resistant :).
