I don’t really see a lot of bloggers posting Forever21 items. It definitely isn’t my go to store, or even on my list of favs. To be honest, I never shop at the actual store. I only shop Forever21 items online. But, when I do, they are a HUGE hit. Here are 4 reasons to shop at forever21.com instead of going into the store:
1. Coupons. Let’s be honest, even if you make a pretty good living, you still love that extra 10% off! Usually Forever21 has a little pop up that comes up on the right side of your screen that lets you get 10% off when you sign up for their newsletter. They also have some great sales going on online that you can’t find in the store. This helps cover that shipping cost if you don’t meet the minimum.
2. Organization. You can find what you are looking for pretty easily on the Forever21.com website. Everything is separated into categories. You can also use the search bar to head right to it. My favorite thing to look for is the new arrivals, top rated, shoes or contemporary. When you walk into the store you immediately become overwhelmed at all the options. Everything is everywhere and it takes hours upon hours to get through everything.
3. Returns. Sometimes you will run into forever21 because you have something going on and you need an outfit for it. Then you take it home and a week later you have found something you like more. If you return the item back to the store, you get store credit. If you purchase the item online, you can return the item (with a free mailing label) back and they give you a full refund. PS. Forever21 items ship super fast! You typically get your stuff within 3-6 business days.
4. The clothing itself. Most of the nicer (better quality) clothing is only available online and usually doesn’t make it to the store. There have been tons of times that I printed out some shirts and brought them into the store and the salespeople had no idea where they were. Then they would look them up and say “oh, we haven’t gotten those items yet”. If you see something you like on there, more than likely it will be sold out in your size, or sold out period, by the time you get to the store. I recently bought some lace up gladiator sandals and by the time it shipped to my house it was sold out in all stores. They are now no where to be found. You can also read reviews on the item you are looking for online before you purchase it!

I’ve learned through experience that if I see something I like on their site, if I go into the store for a try on, they won’t have it and I’m better of just ordering it before it sells out online because it likely never does show up in the store ever.

Great post! I love Forever 21 but completely agree with you! I prefer shopping their items online. I got a pair of flats last year and they have become a favorite of mine! AND,they are still in excellent shape. Sizing can be a little tricky but how can you beat that price point for fun trendy pieces!

#2 and #3 (store credit for returns) are the reason I haven’t shopped at Forever21 in ages. This post was quite a revelation. Will start shopping (online) there again starting with the Tunic 🙂
