Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Key Dates
What does this mean? Head to Nordstrom.com and check your Nordy Club status by clicking on your profile and then Nordy Club Rewards. That status will determine which dates you can shop the sale. Icons, Ambassadors, and Influencers are all Nordstrom Cardholders, meaning they have a Nordstrom debit or credit card. The level they achieve just depends on how much they purchased from Nordstrom on that card this past year.
This year they are doing something NEW and exciting. For the first time ever, Icons only have ONE DAY to shop the sale exclusively before it opens to the next level and so on from there. And now, the public (non-cardholders) can shop 4 days after the sale goes live!!!
What is The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
Only my favorite sale of the entire year!!! Every year, in July, Nordstrom puts their new Fall catalog out AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. Shoppers have a little less than four weeks to shop these discounted prices before everything goes back up to full price. It is a great time to get winter gear for less, like coats and boots, and you can even shop some of your favorite luxury retailers for around 40% off during this amazing sale. I do want to reiterate that these will be FALL items, even though the sale is in the middle of the summer.

How to Shop Smart During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
There is definitely a right way and a not-so-right way to shop the NSALE. Unfortunately, products can sell out VERY FAST during this sale. They never seem to have enough inventory. We are here to make your shopping experience easy, fun, and stress-free!
Tip 1: Head here, or to my Instagram page on the days leading up to the sale! We will have a massive catalog with over 100 styled outfits for you to shop from! And as always, you will be able to find those styled outfits in the LTK app to shop as well, so make sure you are following me in there.
Tip 2: DO NOT select buy online, pick-up in store. Once you do that, your purchase gets added to a long list and they get to it when they get to it. Meaning, the items you purchased that say they are *in stock* in store more than likely will not be once they get to completing your order because of people actually there shopping, items they don’t realize have been put on hold, etc.
Tip 3: Have everything ready to go in your wishlist. Once you are able to shop the sale you can easily click to move your wishlist to your cart and then hit checkout. This ensures your order will be one of the first ones to go out.
Tip 4: Get Express Shipping if Available. Yes, it is an extra $20… but those orders get completed FIRST because they have to go out the fastest. Make sense?
Tip 5: Nordstrom has free shipping and returns, no order minimum. You can complete as many orders as you want in a day. When it is your time to shop, check out the items you already know you definitely want, and then come back to search for other things. That way at least you know you got that one order pushed through.
Tip 6: I know we all love shopping in store, but Nordstrom.com will have 50% more items than what your store will have. I recommend shopping online. Thank goodness for free shipping and returns. If it doesn’t work for you when you get it in because of size or material, ship it back. I love putting in an online order when the sale goes live and then making my way to the store that day or the next to see if there is something there I might have missed.
