I never thought the day would come that my child would have the famous egg chair before me. I actually went to Walmart for a patio refresh and saw that the adult egg chairs were currently sold out, but then I saw the kid’s egg chair and HAD TO HAVE IT. It looks great with our patio furniture and Miller loves sitting in it.
I wanted a brighter, more cheerful patio setup for summer for the kids so I added some cute citrus pillows and some fun striped tumblers. I am in love with these tumblers. My mother in law immediately went to buy them too! They also come in a super fun teal that I linked below for you guys.
Now that we are outside and socializing a lot more often, we find ourselves spending much more time out on our patio with friends. Here are some more fun, bright dining & entertaining pieces I am loving from Walmart:
Summer Patio Setup for Kids
Speaking of a fun summer patio setup for kids, have you guys ever tried making ice cream? My dad has this crazy extensive ice cream maker that takes hours, so when I saw that this Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker from Walmart only took 20 minutes I had to grab it to see what it was all about. IT IS AMAZING!!! Where has this been all of my life?!
We followed a simple recipe in the Cuisinart book and the ice cream was ready 20 minutes later. It was delicious. Every time Miller took a bite she would look up and giggle. I caught it on camera!
I highly recommend grabbing this super easy ice cream maker. Your kids will love mixing the recipe with you and watching the ice cream get thicker and thicker. It is a great thing to enjoy out on the patio together.
