Taking a quick intermission break from all the posts centered around Christmas, because there is an important holiday before then!  Yes, Thanksgiving is just around the corner.  I can’t believe it’s less than 2 weeks away!  I have been saying this all year long, but 2021 has flown by.  And even though I love Christmas and everything that comes with it, I also LOVE Thanksgiving.  Anyone else?  I love the food, being around family & friends, and really just reflecting on how blessed and thankful I am for everything I have in my life.

I know throughout the holidays most people just don’t have one gathering they go to.  It can become a handful, and that’s how it usually turns out for me and my family.  We have the typical day of Thanksgiving festivities with the family and then throughout the week I have little gatherings with other friends and Miller’s friends as well.

I have been getting questions recently about help with Thanksgiving Day outfits, or what to wear to holiday parties coming up.  I also have been getting some requests for a good gift ideas to bring for the hostess of these parties.  Well, I am here to help!  As you all know Walmart.com is constantly saving the day for me and my family and they are saving me this holiday season too!  Not only can I find the most stylish outfit for all of my get togethers for a great price, but I can also get the perfect hostess gift, and snag some toys for the kids to keep them occupied while the parents have fun!

What To Wear

Let’s start with the most important thing, your outfit.  Whether you are wanting to go the more casual route for Thanksgiving Day, or get more dressy, Walmart has you covered!  They have so many amazing and stylish brands, and some exclusively to Walmart like: free assembly, Scoop, and more.  You can shop for the perfect head to toe outfit for just the right price.

For me, I always like to be comfortable on Thanksgiving Day.  So my go to is usually a cute sweater with jeans and some booties!  I went ahead and broke some of my favorites down between sweaters, bottoms, and jackets!

What To Bring For The Hostess:

1. Better Homes & Gardens Glass Red Lava Citrus 16oz Scented 3-Wick Candle: I have posted about this candle before, but if you don’t have this yet you need to buy for the hostess and yourself!! Seriously smells like the popular Volcano candle but such a better price!  A candle is always the perfect gift to give.
2. My Texas House Willow Cable Knit Solid Polyester Throw, Easy Wash, 50 x 60: Love this blanket and the detail it has.  This would be a great gift to give a hostess because after they host the party, they can cozy up on the couch with a blanket after.
