Here’s a little something you may or may not know about me: I LOVE to host. I am a very social person and would prefer to always have people at our house if it was an option. I like to be the one throwing the parties and I love to be the one hosting family for long periods of time. If my parents or in-laws want to stay for a month, even better!
Shutterfly Holiday Party Invitations
If you are hosting a holiday party, Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, White Elephant, New Year’s Eve, etc, head to Shutterfly to grab your invitations. I love shopping for party invites at Shutterfly because their amazing assortment of artists always come up with the prettiest designs.
After you pick your design at Shutterfly you can then customize it to say whatever you had in mind and then you can choose to add different textures or metallics (I love adding gold foil). Once your invite is ready you can choose the envelope color you’d like, what kind of liner (if any) that you want in your envelope, and then decide if you want it pre-addressed or not. Did you know they will address everything for free?
After you have your invitation ready to go, you can add a little extra jazz to it by adding custom made return labels for the front and personalized stickers that you can put in the back to seal the envelope (since apparently licking it is now considered a faux pas.
Shutterfly has seriously thought of everything and gives you chances to edit anything you would like along the way before checking out. I also feel like I can always grab the best prices there!
I chose the ‘Little Monsters’ invitation for the kid’s annual Halloween/Birthday Bash this year. Calling all little monsters… how cute is that?

We also decided it was time for Miller to learn the importance of a Thank You note, so we also customized some of those on Shutterfly for her to hand out to her classmates after her party. I went with a sparkle theme so they could use them for both their birthday and Christmas. Miller can’t write yet so I will do the writing and I will let her draw something on each card. Hopefully this helps her understand how blessed she was so receive these gifts and how much a kind ‘thank you’ can go a long way! If you are looking for Thank You notes, Shutterfly has an amazing selection that also comes with envelopes should you need to mail them instead of hand them out!
Head to Shutterfly ASAP to get those Holiday invitations going and make sure to add Thank You notes to your order. Make sure to use my code SHOPSTYLEMILLER for an additional 5% off site-wide promos!
