    I’m right here on this workout train! I leave for Miami in 21 days, but who’s counting, ha. I worked out a lot ove the holidays and love Jillian Micheal’s workouts. Get it girl!



I am soooo excited to have ALL OF YOU GUYS as my accountability partners!

In case you missed it, I did my very first workout since finding out I was pregnant YESTERDAY! It was rough, but I felt so much better after.

I shared videos of my body on Instagram Stories (saved to the Workout highlight if you missed it) and talked about what I would like to accomplish.

Basically, I have around 30 days before I leave for Belize for TWO WEEKS and I would love to be able to wear a two piece swimsuit again. Heck, I would love to just feel sexy again. I lost all muscle definitely and have some extra skin and flab I would love to get rid of.

I will be doing the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Program.

I realize 30 days isn’t very much time, but I am going to see what kind of progress I can make if I really stick to a schedule.

I created a Facebook group for ANYONE that wants to join and be held accountable for working out in January. You don’t have to do the Jillian Michaels program with me, but if you do want to join that one you can:

  1. Grab the DVD with Amazon Prime HERE
  2. Buy it on Amazon HERE and watch on your computer.
  3. OR If you have a Smart TV just log into the Amazon App on the TV and buy it there ‘search 30 day shred’! That is how I am watching it!

You will need:

  1. Light and heavy dumbbells. You can grab some inexpensive cute ones HERE.
  2. AND a mat if you are on a hard surface.

You can join TODAY, or as soon as you get the DVD and the necessary equipment.

*I won’t strictly be doing the Jillian Michaels program. I will also be walking/running around my neighborhood with Miller when it is nice outside. We have sooo many hills so it is a really tough jog. And I may be doing Pilates a couple times a week as well!

As I said, it doesn’t matter which workout you are doing- you can still join the Facebook group!

In the Facebook group-

-We will be doing daily check-ins where you will tell us if you worked out.

-We will be uploading daily sweat sesh pictures! I want to see the after the workout pics for accountability.

-And you are free to share before and after pictures (weekly or wait until the end of the month to share the after pic!) If you don’t want to share those that is totally fine! Just helps with more accountability!

-You can also add comments if you need help getting motivated or if you have a workout you did and loved and so on!
