TheMillerAffect High Neck Tiered Maxi Dress

Instead of coming up with brand new items, we decided to re-launch the very popular High Neck Tiered Maxi Dress from last year. If you remember, last year’s version was released in a white with black cheetah spots and a really pretty solid mauve. Both sold out very fast and we were so bummed we couldn’t get the dress to more of you!

This Spring, we decided on a leopard print and the same pattern as above but black with white cheetah spots. We are SO HAPPY with how the prints turned out! These classic prints can be worn year-round and will never go out of style.

Something funny I should mention: when we originally designed the dress, it was always meant to be a high neck style. But, so many of you actually wore it BACKWARDS (on accident) and we all ended up LOVING it that way too! So, you can wear the dress either way! Tie it up in the back for a classic high neck look, or just wear the v-neck in the front and let the ties hang for a little more of a casual approach to the dress. Both ways are amazing!

Ways to style the dress:

1.Throw a cardigan or jean jacket over it! I have so many friends that never like to show their arms (no matter the season!) This dress looks amazing layered with a long sleeve under it OR with a cardigan or jacket thrown over it. Or you can always style it like I did below with our NEW Amanda Blouson Sleeve Sweater Knit Top :).

When you wear it with a cardi or denim jacket- I HIGHLY suggest a pair of sneakers! This dress looks amazing with sandals, heels, AND SNEAKERS!!!

2.Style it with a blazer for work. I styled it with a black Gibsonlook blazer here, but they could be styled with any blazer you have in your closet!

3.Belt it!!! It would be so cute with a thin Gucci belt thrown around it (or any belt for that matter!)

4.Wear it by itself! This is how we always meant for it to be worn. It is a gorgeous dress and we would love for you guys to show off in it, but we definitely want you to style it however you see fit (whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident!)

Places to wear the dress:

That is the most amazing thing about the dress, you can truly wear it ANYWHERE!!! You will reach for this dress year after year over and over again!

I wore my white one last year at least 20 times. I recommend getting your normal dress size, but if you are usually in-between go ahead and size up. I am wearing an XS, but I tried a Small on and loved the fit of that one as well!

The fabric is super light, so you could easily get away with wearing it once warmer weather comes with a cute bralette and some denim or flowy shorts. We also all know that bell sleeves aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. I wanted to add these sleeves because I am from Texas. I love the feel of the breeze being able to run up the sleeve!

This sweater is only $44.80 when you use code AMANDA20. I recommend getting your normal sweater size. I wear size Small (I actually always wear small in sweaters and XS in tops. I like my sweaters to just run a little bigger!)
