Isn’t it so hard to cut down the wardrobe when you’re trying to put new outfits together! That’s one of my goals this year as well…keep the closet more organized, with more staples and still find a way to get great outfit posts put together.

Hopefully by now you know MOST of my resolutions. I say most because there are few in there that I didn’t bother listing out, but I can’t promise to hold up to them. For instance, one is to stop watching so much TV.. which is what I am doing right now as I am writing this :/. In this post, I am going to re-cap my resolutions as well as talk about some 2016 goals.

Resolutions

Resolution 1: Spend more time with loved ones

Resolution 2: Cook more

Resolution 3: Save more money

Resolution 4: Be more present

Resolutions 5 & 6: Travel more, Watch less tv

Blogging Goals

  1. Improve my website. I bought a template that I love, but I have left it at that. I haven’t done or consulted anyone to improve it.
  2. Read 1 blogging tip a night. Instead of taking 10 minutes to watch tv or scan the web, I want to actually LEARN how to improve myself and my blog.
  3. Work with more retailers. I want to really put myself out there. I have actually never pitched to a brand, I just wait for them to find me. With so many bloggers now, I can’t really expect to get contacted by the brands I want.
  4. Cut my closet in half. I want to only have staples in my closet from now on. I used to love having hundreds of dresses and hundreds of shoes but now I don’t like it. I am starting to slowly work through my closet and get rid of everything I don’t wear. Where do most of my clothes go? My sister gets first pick, and then I let my friends dig through them! After that, they go to the Salvation Army!
